Fitness Sales Associate Job Description POSITION: As a sales rep, you are responsible for working alongside your Manager to drive membership sales. While your role will primarily involve selling new memberships, you may also be tasked with assisting in member retention and upsell of membership package, retail and private training. Namely, you are responsible for not only booking prospects into intro classes, but ensuring they show up and are prepared to be sold to. The Sales Representative also strives to deliver excellent customer service to help retain current members. Pilates fitness background/knowledge is preferred but not required. RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute sales process of lead generation, lead management, and member conversion Document all customer notes in ClubReady Work It feature Demonstrate excellent customer service Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individuals needs and wants Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider Present available services to current or prospective members Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club Work directly with General Manager to collaborate in success of the studio Willingly take on other duties as needed Job Type: Part-time
